Candidates must be able to research and qualify accounts, develop relationships with key decision makers, analyze their needs and provide solutions for current and future needs.

Vacuum/Tank Truck Driver/HAZWOPER Technician for our Richmond, VA location (Back to top)
Reports to: Operations Manager/Project Manager/Project Foreman
Primary Responsibility: Driving Commercial Motor Vehicle/Manual Labor
Required Training: New Employee Orientation, HAZWOPER 40 Hour, Daily/Weekly Safety Meetings
Position Duties:
- Performs operation of a commercial motor vehicle with frequent stops/pickups
- Performs general manual labor tasks associated with HAZWOPER and commercial tank truck operation
Physical Requirements:
- Must have ability to wear a tight fitting, negative-pressure respirator and occlusive chemical protective clothing
- Position requires working on uneven work surfaces frequent pushing/pulling/carrying of equipment/objects/debris of varying and often awkward sizes, shapes and weights including bending, lifting, pushing and pulling of tank truck hoses
- May occasionally lift up to 75 pounds and frequently lift 40-50 pounds
- Frequently climbs ladders, stairs, etc.
- May use hand manual and power hand tools hand shovel with exposure to noise and vibration
- Periodic to frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals with
- ss and nuisance dust conditions and woodland, streamside and swampland flora and fauna
- May work up to 12 hours per day, seven days per week
Required PPE: USEPA Level B, C or D: Tight-fitting, air-purifying respirator, hard hat, safety glasses with side-shields, steel-toe safety shoes/chemical protective footwear, ear plugs, leather and chemical work gloves, chemical protective clothing, and other as required by specific task.

Industrial Services Branch Manager (Back to top)
The Industrial Services Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining a profitable satellite Industrial Services operation in the Richmond, Virginia market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- All aspects of managing an existing office including hiring, training, business development, assisting sales staff with business development and identifying opportunities, staff evaluations and discipline.
- Scheduling and maintenance of personnel and equipment
- Implement administrative requirements for projects to include estimating, contracts, manifests, invoicing and other project documentation.
- Branch Office and Project P & L responsibility
- Assist project development with site reviews and estimating projects
- On Call 24/7 for emergency response
- Commitment to implementation of effective Health, Safety and Environmental compliance policies and procedures
Prior experience requirements:
- 5 or more years in the Environmental Industry
- Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA and related regulations associated with waste management, spill response and cleanup
- 2+ years prior P & L responsibility
- Previous experience in a successful Branch Manager and/or Operations Manager position in the Environmental or Industrial Services Industry
- BS degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
Some overnight travel will be required
Salaried position eligible for overtime for billable work

Warehouse Manager (Back to top)
Warehouse Manager needed for large environmental facility in Browns Summit, NC. Will be in charge of setting up warehouse, procurement, inventory control, gathering and setting up required equipment per detailed instructions for environmental jobs, some small engine repair (pressure washers, generators, etc).
- Must have intermediate Word and Excel, with some knowledge of inventory software packages.
- Must be able to respond to ERs (have clean driver’s license and possess, or can obtain, a CDL A, with tanker endorsements), wear PPE and respirator when necessary, operate forklift (preferably certified).
- Must be detail oriented and able to lift 40-50 lbs throughout the day and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Hours approximately 10a-7p M-F, some weekend work may be required depending on project load.

Maintenance Mechanics (Back to top)
Candidates will need a current, clear CDL A (or be able to obtain one within 60 days of hire) and be able to work second shift at our NEW facility in Browns Summit. The experienced Candidates will be working with our Lead Mechanic/Maintenance Manager identifying and servicing needs on fleet vehicles, as well as straight trucks and Peterbilt (and various other) Road Tractors. Must have own tools.
- Check Oil & all Fluids of each vehicle on property
- Verify each vehicle scheduled to work the next day will start
- Review all Vehicle Inspection Forms for the prior and/or current day and make any repairs that are within their capability
- Verify vehicles are fueled, cleaned out, equipment is adequate and operational for next day’s schedule
- Inspect pumps, moisture traps, etc. and clean/repair as needed
- Inspect tires & brakes and inform Maintenance Manager of need for repair/replacement
- Inspect windshields, lights, heaters, air conditioners, tarps, valves, etc.
- Verify all license plates and DOT inspections are current
- Verify hoses, fittings, etc. are present, adequate quantity of each, and all are in proper working order

Finish Grade Operators (Back to top)
Position: Non-HAZWOPER. Heavy Equipment Operator, Stream Restoration/Landfill/Debris Clearing
Reports to: Project Manager/Site Supervisor/Site Foreman
Primary Responsibility: Heavy Equipment Operation/Manual Labor-finish level
Required Training:
- New Employee Orientation
- Basic Site Safety Orientation
- Site Specific Health & Safety Plan, Weekly Safety Meetings
- Machine-specific orientation for mechanized earthmoving/transfer equipment
- Additional training may be required for sub-tasks to include pipe fitting, chain saw use, GPS, etc.
Position Duties:
- Primary job is to operate mechanized construction/earthmoving equipment.
- Employee may also perform general manual labor tasks associated with stream restoration/debris clearing/landfill construction.
- Must have a valid license and be a “finish level” operator on Dozers and Excavators.
- Position travels throughout the southeast and mid-Atlantic States. Lodging and daily per diem included
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires operating mechanized equipment typically working in a seated position for extended periods.
- Employee is required to climb into and onto equipment for access and maintenance.
- Operation of mechanized earthmoving/transfer equipment involves exposure to rough ground conditions, bumping & jostling and vibration.
- Work may require operation in close proximity to hazardous utilities and adjacent personnel.
- May also be required to perform detail tasks requiring good eye/hand coordination such as tool maintenance and repair.
- Exposure to elements including heat and cold stress and nuisance dust conditions and woodland, streamside and swampland flora and fauna.
- Employee may also be required to perform manual labor such as shoveling, cleaning, carrying and may occasionally lift up to 75 pounds and frequently lift 31-45 pounds.
- May work up to 12 hours per day, seven days per week.
